I don’t even like fish. Except on the rare occasion where I crave fish n’ chips or some Long John Silver’s. My mom and I were at Cheescake Factory over the holiday and she had fish n’ chips and I tasted her tartar sauce. It was ok. It tasted like aioli more than tartar. I dipped a couple fries in it. “This makes everything taste like fish. Maybe it’s because you only eat tartar sauce with fish? Why is that? Ketchup, mustard and mayo are used on tons of things. Why is this so exclusive to fish? It’s basically mayo and relish or something?” A few days later we were eating Long John’s (it was the holidayssss) and I tasted some of that tartar sauce. I dipped a fry in it. “This is classic tartar sauce in a packet. I wish I could figure out a way to incorporate this in my life.” Tartar sauce that is
